Meet the trainer behind the treats

Hi, I'm Chloe, and I believe in positive reinforcement training. I am passionate about helping dogs and their owners build lasting, trust based relationships.

My training methods are force-free, reward-based, and adapted to suit your dog's personality. Whether you're working on puppy foundations, lead skills, recall, reactivity, confidence building or muzzle training, I'll guide you through it at a pace that suits you both.

My dog, Zuri, is the reason behind everything I do. She is reactive through fear to certain things, and this inspired me to start training. Through our journey, we built a deeper connection, and I found my passion for helping other dogs and owners do the same.

I offer 1-2-1 dog training and hope to one day expand my business to include a secure dog field and an indoor training space, providing a safe and enriching experience for every dog.

I am a registered dog trainer with the Animal Behaviour & Training Council (ABTC), with over six years of hands-on experience working with and training dogs through two of the UK's largest animal welfare charities.

My Mission

Why positive reinforcement works

Reward-based training is a kind, and respectful way of training. When dogs learn that good things come from training, they want to join in, try harder and repeat the behaviours in the future. There's no force involved, just trust that builds session by session.

Builds confidence

Dogs learn to think and work things out for themselves, they will trial behaviours or tasks to see if they get a reward, helping boost their emotions and make them feel good.

Strengthens your bond

Training becomes something you both look forward to, and builds trust between you and your dog.

Safe for every dog

Gentle methods matter most for nervous, anxious or reactive dogs, so every session moves at your dog's pace.

I love what I do

I've learnt so much over the years and believe training should be positive, practicle and fun. My passion comes from watching dogs thrive and families grow closer through trust, patience and consistency.

I went to Chloe's Click and Treat Dog training because my dog needed eye surgery, and she was extremely fearful of anyone going near her eye. Before the operation, I reached out to Chloe for guidance, and she showed me an incredibly positive and gentle way to help my dog build a better association with her eye drops. After a few sessions you could really see my dog's confidence shine through, which instantly put both me and my dog at ease.

I practiced the techniques at home and sent Chloe videos along the way. She gave me clear, supportive feedback that made a huge difference. Thanks to her advice, by the time my dog had her surgery, she was no longer terrified of her eye drops.

I can't thank Chloe enough β€” her support was truly invaluable! We're truly greatful for everything!!

Went to see Chloe with my XL Bully, Charlie for a muzzle fitting. I have always wanted to get him a better fitted muzzle, but have hesitated due to not wanting to pay out and it be wrong. Once I saw the optiin for a fitting session, i jumped at the chance. The session was very relax, which is perfect for Charlie as he can struggle with handling from other people especially any kind of formal handling. Chloe was very professional, calm, kind and understanding. We took everything at Charlie's pace, there was no rush. Tried a couple of sizes on, to find the best fit, took breaks as and when Charlie was getting overwhelmed. Before the session Chloe was quick at responding and listened to what I needed for Charlie, from his struggles to dietary requirement for his rewards. I am so happy I did this session, i was confident to then move forward and ordering Charlies muzzle knowing it would be right for him. On top of the great service I also received at 10% off voucher!

Thank you so much Chloe 100% recommend you to everyone.

Recommends

We have been using Chloe for our staffy and dachaund puppy!!

She has been really amazing in detailing on email and in our sessions what we need to do and how it all works.

We have seen masses of improvement with them both especially our staffy who was the one in need of the most training.

I would highly recommend Click and treat training for your dogs πŸ₯°
